This is the 2016 “Street of Dreams” home built by Adams Kirby Homes of Edmond, Oklahoma, which was designed by Brent Gibson Classic Home Designs.  Located in the newest gated community phase within the entire “Iron Horse” development called, “Iron Horse Black Oak.”  This modern geometric pool has 1.5” thick Dorado, tumbled Travertine coping with Ezzari 1”x1” glass tile called, “Arena,” and standard Cayman Blue-Green quartz plaster.  A 6’ sheer descent recessed into a multi-tiered raised beam.  Large outdoor fireplace with flanking outdoor kitchen.  This project presented a unique opportunity to incorporate a perimeter spill, “all glass tile” spa within a large sand set paver deck.  Truly complementary of the entire Tuscan house design.  Smart phone pool automation control by Jandy Corporation, including their 2hp variable speed pump technology, cartridge filtration, natural gas heating, salt water sanitation, and A&A Manufacturing’s premier in-floor cleaning system.
