Infinity- Reverse Split-Level

This is an incredible “re-engineering” feat! Building the main pool as the catch basin and constructing the smaller pool as a wading pool with spa jets and infinity edge on the top level to serve larger social group events.  However, still offering a large personal spa on the master bedroom side of the house that feeds into the wading pool.  By refacing the existing retaining wall with natural cut stone, we are able to upgrade the overall appearance of the wall from the simple concrete paver stone look without removing a lot of the existing retaining wall.  Then making the refaced wall serve as the client’s desired rockfall instead of building a separate water fall.  Perfect use of the existing site to help the homeowner use yard space that goes virtually unused until now.
