Courtyard- Medium Size

Here is an elegant geometric design that maximizes the yard space, which is confined by the corner lot orientation backing up to the adjacent fenced yard.  We were still able to deliver a nice “medium” or average sized pool design with an inset, pool level spa and a floor slope of 3ft to 8ft.  The two significant upgrades to this project design were the oversize, elaborate fireplace wall with bench and Travertine deck tile instead of the common brushed or hand troweled finish and saw cut expansion joints.  The fireplace located directly across from the accordion patio doors to provide a more elegant view and hide the neighbor’s fence at the same time.  This pool is a 18ft x 36ft rectangle design with 8ft x 8ft inset spa and has four deck jets on the house patio side for creating a great atmosphere for both kids and adults during social events.  The pool is fully managed by automation through the Jandi  iAqualink control system for wireless control via computer or mobile devices.  The design is equipment with state of the art A&A in-floor cleaning system, two skimmers, an auto fill for ease of maintenance and upkeep.  These clients elected to go with salt sanitation for the water ecosystem.
