Project Summary:

This is a 2016 project completed in the Iron Horse Black Oak gated community.  A large custom home built by KD Custom Homes of Yukon, Oklahoma.  This modern freeform pool has 3cm Tumbled Noche Travertine coping with 6” x 6″ Porcelain tile adn complementary deco spacers. Interior plaster finish is standard Caribean Blue quartz plaster.  The centerpiece of the pool is the large natural rockfall with grotto, and two Jandy color LED water bubblers on the sliced “Wine” pebble mosaic beach entry.  An oversized raised spa with “eased” port for wheel chair ingress and egress, Kalua Sundek coating on almost 5,000 sq ft of concrete.  Indoor equipment room with smart phone pool automation control by Jandy Corporation, including their 2hp variable speed pump technology, cartridge filtration, natural gas heating, salt water sanitation, and A&A Manufacturing’s premier in-floor cleaning system.
